Phoenix Security NYC was started by three individuals that have over 60 years experience combined in the Hospitality industry. We are Licensed by NYS Department of Licensing and fully bonded and insured. Our business is Registered with the NYS Department of State, Division of Corporations

According to our state standards, an officer is required to have all their certification and a valid security guard license to legally work as a Security Officer.

Hiring Process

Our hiring process review each applicant very carefully before we even set up an in person interview. Once the officer is hired, the guards will be trained in before they are allowed to work in your location. After approximately 3 months of working in the field, guards have a refresher course situational role-play exercises and our field supervisor will preform on-going training specifically tailored to the client site they have been assigned.
